Shifter works well. Nice upgrade over the stock shifter. It's a bit of a pain to get on but eventually got it taking my time. You will need a cut the metal ring holding the shifter in place.
You'll need the replacement if you want to secure it the same way. Part number below. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is that part wasn't included. It's $0.40 so it should be.

Hi, thanks for the review! We include a hose clamp to replace this part as it works just as well and is easier to install and remove if need be.
