COVID-19 Shipping Update

We are working hard to find the most optimal shipping route for your order and delivery times are slowly decreasing week by week. Here are our latest worldwide shipping estimates due to the global pandemic:
  • Deluxe and Race paddle shifter range: 45 days.
  • Carbon fiber, Aluminum and Replacement paddle shifter range: 30 days.
  • Steering wheel covers: 30 days.

Customers from Canada should expect even further delays with most of our shipments taking more than 60 days. This is due to Canada Post delivering at record levels while maintaining physical distancing measures. Read further here.

These are extremely uncertain times. We cannot guarantee your item will arrive within the delivery estimate therefore we cannot cancel or refund an order due to delays once it is in transit until it is marked as lost by the carrier.

  • We offer FREE worldwide shipping
  • If you would like a faster shipping option, please contact us for a quote. 
  • International shipping may take longer in some cases. This is out of our control and depends on circumstances such as customs, strikes, weather, etc. 
  • All international orders will receive a tracking number once it is generated (may take 2-3 days). 
  • We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that your customs may request. 
  • International orders are sent out from our warehouse twice per week (usually Monday and Friday). This allows us to offer free shipping to you.  
  • Please contact us if you have any shipping inquiries.


  • You can return a faulty or damaged item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • All goods will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to deny a refund if the items are returned used or damaged in any way. 
  • The items are your responsibility until we receive them, ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way.
  • Where possible, returned items should include tags and the original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless we are at fault). Any returned items that are not received by DSG Paddles will not be issued a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.
