Shipping Policy:

  • We cannot refund or cancel an order while it is in transit due to delays, until it is marked as lost by the carrier. 
  • All orders will receive a tracking number once it is generated by the courier (may take 2-3 days). 
  • We are not responsible for any duties or taxes that your local customs may request - please contact them or refer to their website for duty and tax amounts.
  • We are not responsible for any costs associated with the customer providing an invalid or incorrect address, failure to accept delivery at provided address, or failure to collect delivery from post office in sufficient time. 
  • Our office is based in Australia and we ship from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre in order to reach USA and Europe faster.

  • You may return an item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your original order.
  • Custom items such as steering wheels and steering wheel covers cannot be returned due to change of mind. 
  • We'll refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • All goods will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to deny a refund if the items are returned used or damaged in any way.
  • Paddle shifters with adhesive that is peeled or missing are considered used and cannot be returned. 
  • The items are your responsibility until we receive them, ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way.
  • Where possible, returned items should include tags and the original packaging.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless we are at fault). Any returned items that are not received by DSG Paddles will not be issued a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.   
  • Returns must be sent to DSG Paddles HQ: 103 Dunne Rd, Burbank 4156 QLD, Australia. Contact us first to arrange a return.                
  • Once an item is received and the return is approved, a refund will be processed by our payment provider within 3-4 business days.
