Hello,
The ‘shifter knob’ arrived with a small crack at the top right of the knob. DSG sent me another one FREE OF CHARGE. Thank you! The 2nd one was in PERFECT condition. Unfortunately, when I fitted the knob onto the gear selector, it snapped in the middle :-((
Fortunately, I hadn’t thrown the 1st knob away, I fitted that one, which has a slight crack.
The quality is NOT TOP NOTCH. It’s a pitty, given the rather high price...
Delighted with my new carbon shifter knob upgrade & stop/start button too. Really matches the existing factory fitting carbon trim & super easy to install then my shakey hands settled down 😂

The product is definitely real carbon but sadly did not fit on my car even with their provided tutorial. I still do recommend their other products as they all should fit.
