RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• You may return an item for a full refund within 180 days of receiving your original order.
• Custom items such as steering wheel covers cannot be returned due to change of mind. 
• We'll refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. If you’d like a refund for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
• All goods will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to deny a refund if the items are returned used or damaged in any way. Paddle shifters and shifter covers with adhesive that is peeled or missing are considered used and cannot be returned. The refund amount for returned goods that are used or damaged will be at our discretion. 
• The items are your responsibility until we receive them, ensure they are packaged sufficiently enough to not get damaged on the way.
• The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless we are at fault). Any returned items that are not received by DSG Paddles will not be issued a refund. We recommend you obtain proof of postage/tracking.   
• Returns must be sent to DSG Paddles HQ: 103 Dunne Rd, Burbank 4156 QLD, Australia. Contact us first to arrange a return.                
• Once an item is received and the return is approved, a refund will be processed by our payment provider within 3-4 business days.
